OEM part number: Part number given to the turbocharger by the vehicle/engine manufacturer. Serial number: The serial number is unique to each single turbocharger. The number refers to the production date, etc. BW part number: Part number given to the turbocharger by BorgWarner (former 3K/Schwitzer part number). This number is the most useful for all service purposes.
